Silicone implants

These breast implants are filled with silicone gel, which allows them to hold their shape. Furthermore, the gel feels very much like natural breast tissue. On the off chance that the implant develops a leak, the good news is that your breast will still hold its shape, though it does need to be replaced. Please note that we need to make a larger incision to place these implants, but we hide the incision well.

These types of implants hold their structure very well as they contain a gel that’s thicker than the gel inside silicone implants. Gummy bear/silicone implants are a great option if you want more well-rounded breasts toward the top for optimal cleavage. These implants require a larger incision.
